CNY Booking Important Notice!!! (6 Feb -16 Feb 2026) - Please inform customer service if you would need additional service like removal or lower lash extension @ 83185222 - Removal, lower lash extension, premium design, ultralite lashes, surcharge, etc... can be paid during the day of appointment. Terms & Conditions - Surcharge of additional $20 is applicable for appointments from 13th Feb - 15th Feb 2026 - Surcharge of additional $50 is applicable for appointments on 16th Feb 2026 -10min grace period -Lateness of more than 10min will result to cancellation of appointment and forfeit of payment. -Strictly no cancellation or changes to be made 72 hours before the appointment, otherwise payment will be forfeited. -CNY payment made is strictly non-refundable. -Birthday discounts/promotions/credits cannot be used from 6th Feb to 16th Feb Additional T&Cs: - Touch up is strictly for lashes done by our salon - Touch up is strictly within 18 days from your previous appointment (If your last lash appointment is on the 1st Jan, your last day of touch up should be on the 19th Jan) - There must be at least 50% lashes intact during your touch up appointment
